On-ground programs at Riverside include Electrical Training, HVAC Technician, and Plumbing Technician, delivered in a hybrid format that combines online coursework with hands-on labs at the campus. Alcohol and Drug Counseling Studies is offered at the Riverside campus in a hybrid format and can also be completed fully online. The campus includes electrical labs equipped for practical practice, lab areas, administrative offices, and a student break area, and is centrally air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. InterCoast Colleges has been accredited by ACCET since 1988 and is approved to operate by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). Alcohol and Drug Counseling Studies at Riverside →Related training in the electrical trade covering safety, the National Electrical Code, equipment, and trade fundamentals, including residential, commercial, and industrial wiring. The program prepares students for entry-level electrical trainee roles in California.
Electrical Training Program at Riverside →The HVAC Technician program prepares students to install, service, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, retail, and commercial settings. Coursework covers system diagnostics, testing equipment, electrical fundamentals, and EPA Section 608 refrigerant certification preparation.
HVAC Technician at Riverside →The Plumbing Technician program prepares students to apply technical knowledge and skills to assemble, install, alter, and repair pipelines or pipe systems that carry water, steam, air, or other liquids or gases. Coursework covers water supply, drainage, waste and vent systems, fuel gas piping, fixtures and water heating, materials and installation, blueprint reading, and the California Plumbing Code.
