In the Associate of Applied Science Degree — Substance Use Disorder Counseling program
The specialized and supervised field work in a selected, school approved setting will afford interns the opportunity to develop and refine knowledge and skills in addiction counseling, and includes 3 hours of agency orientation.
In the Behavioral Health Assistant program
The specialized and supervised field work in a selected, school approved setting will afford interns the opportunity to develop and refine knowledge and skills in mental health and addiction support services. Students may choose a clinical setting in mental health or addiction counseling.
