What Is InterCoast Colleges' Cancellation Policy?

A cancellation policy is the rule that states when a student’s enrollment may be cancelled, by whom, and what refund follows.

What the catalog says

InterCoast Colleges’ catalog states: “Per California regulation, cancellation will occur when a student does not attend the first day of class - “No Show,” OR: When the student gives written notice of cancellation to the school at the address specified in the enrollment agreement by the first class session, or within the first seven days after classes begin, whichever is later.”

“If the institution cancels a program, a full refund will be issued to the enrolled student(s).”

“Any refunds due will be made within 45 days following the date of determination.”

Where it applies

InterCoast Colleges’ catalog states this under “CANCELLATION POLICY” (pp. 20–21).
