What Is InterCoast Colleges' Return of Title IV Policy?

A Return of Title IV Policy is a school’s federally required policy for determining how much federal student aid a withdrawing student has earned and how any unearned funds are returned.

What the catalog says

The catalog states: “Return of Title IV Policy applies to financial aid recipients who officially or unofficially withdraw before completing their program.”

“When a student officially or unofficially withdraws before the end of a payment period, InterCoast Colleges complies with federal regulations (34 CFR 668.22) and completes a Return to Title IV funds (R2T4) calculation.”

It adds: “A student’s withdrawal date is always the last date of academic attendance as determined by the school’s attendance records.”

Where it applies
