Credit for Previous Training is a policy under which a school waives courses a student has already completed elsewhere, once the earlier coursework has been evaluated and accepted.
What the catalog says
On coursework taken elsewhere: “Students must have earned a “C” grade or better, and the course must have been taken at an accredited school.”
“Requests for transfer must be made in writing by the enrollee and submitted to Admissions or Financial Aid prior to enrollment.”
“The school maintains a written record of all credit for previous training granted to the student.”
“The institution will evaluate previous education and training for all veterans and eligible persons, grant appropriate credit, shorten the training period proportionately, and notify the student accordingly.”
