Approval Disclosure Statement is the section of a school catalog that lists approved program offerings with their hours and credits and sets out the conditions of enrollment that apply to them.
What the catalog says
The statement reads: “The institution does not provide English-as-a-Second Language instruction. All courses are taught in English.”
“The level of language proficiency is the 12th grade level, documented by a high school diploma, GED, Home School Certificate or a passing score on the Ability to Benefit examination.”
It also states: “Prospective enrollees for on-campus programs are encouraged to visit the physical facilities of the school and to discuss personal educational and occupational plans with school personnel prior to enrolling or signing enrollment agreements.”
Where it applies
InterCoast Colleges’ catalog states this under “APPROVAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT” (pp. 5–6).
“Some programs are available online and/or in a hybrid format.”
