Course Repeat is an academic policy that sets out what happens when a student takes the same course a second time, and whether the grade earned in the earlier attempt still counts toward the student’s overall grade point average.

The catalog states: “When an F grade course is repeated, the original F grade will be included in the calculation of the overall grade point average (effective for all enrolled students for courses starting on or after 6/30/2025).”
