Credit/No Credit is a grading option in which a course is recorded as credit or no credit rather than as a letter grade on the usual scale.
What the catalog says
The catalog states: “The credit/no credit grade is issued for Externship and Clinical Internship coursework and for courses for which credit for previous training was granted.”
It adds: “Students may not petition for a Credit/No Credit grade in any other courses/modules.”
On the grade itself, the catalog says: “Students earning 70% or better and, for Externship and Clinical Internship coursework, obtaining a satisfactory evaluation from their site will receive credit in a Credit/No Credit courses.”
