Academic Monitoring is a policy under which a school reviews student grades at set points in a program and gives students whose grades are failing a plan for improving them.
What the catalog says
“Grades are reviewed at the end of each module.”
Students who have F grades will be monitored for at-risk, including but not limited to repeating the course.
On its purpose, the catalog states: “The intent of the academic monitoring is designed to assist students with a strategy to bring their grades up, and ultimately complete their program of study successfully.”
