Grading Scale is a school’s published standard for converting a student’s course percentage into a letter grade, a grade point value, and a short written interpretation of that performance.

InterCoast Colleges’ catalog states this under “GRADING SCALE” (p. 28).
“The instructor submits grades at the end of each module to the Campus Registrar who tracks a student’s academic progress.”
The catalog adds: “In an effort to assist the student in maintaining continued eligibility for eventual counselor certification with CCAPP, the school reviews grades and progress at the end of each module so that staff can report to the student what they need to do in order to maintain eligibility to apply for counselor certification in the future.”
“Students who re-enter or re-start in the alcohol and drug counseling programs may only transfer AOD courses in which they had previously earned a “C” grade or better.”
