The catalog states: “InterCoast Colleges prohibit the unlawful possession, use or distribution of illicit drugs, alcohol, and controlled substances by students and employees on its property or as part of any of its activities.”
“Students who wish to appeal a decision made under this policy can follow the appeals procedure outlined in the school catalog.”
Where it applies
“Any employee, student, prospective student, or former student who is online in the learning management system, or attending a virtual session, on campus or on the organization’s property…”
“Therefore, this policy applies during all school related activity.”
