What Is the Maximum Time Frame for Course Completion Policy?

Maximum Time Frame for Course Completion is an academic policy that sets an outer limit on the time allowed to finish a program of study, stated as a proportion of the scheduled program length.

What the catalog says

The catalog states: “All enrolled students must satisfactorily complete their programs of study within a maximum time frame, defined as 150% of the students’ scheduled program length, as noted on the enrollment agreement, readmission forms, and/or transfer forms.”

The catalog states: “Any repeated modules will be applied toward the maximum time frame.”

The catalog states: “If at any time it is determined that a student cannot complete the course of study within the 150% time frame, the student may be terminated from the program.”
