What Are InterCoast Colleges' Student Appeal Procedures?

Student Appeal Procedures are the steps by which a student asks a school to reconsider a decision.

What the catalog says

The catalog states: “A student who wishes to appeal decisions pertaining to satisfactory academic progress, credit for previous training, probation, suspension, termination, graduation requirements, attendance requirements, or any decision relating to matters pertaining to disciplinary action (other than disciplinary actions arising from matters covered under the Campus Sexual Misconduct Policies & Procedures) must write a letter to the School Appeals Committee, which must be received within 14 calendar days following receipt of the school’s decision.”

“A student must provide written documentation to support his/her position and any mitigating circumstances.”

“The student will be informed of the decision in writing within three school days following the receipt of the appeal.”
